A full refund will be given to all client in the event that the product does not proceed and an alternative venue is not suitable/applicable.

If the product you purchased is not what you were expecting, you can request, within 14 days of your purchase of the product, that Company refund your account. We reserve the right to refund at our discretion. Your refund may also be impacted by the capabilities of our payment processing partners, the platform from which you purchased your product (website or mobile app), statutory fees and taxes as well as other factors. No credit or refund is due to you if you request it after the 14-day guarantee time limit has passed.
